FAQ's

Due to the handmade nature of our products we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for ANY reason.

Your order is final once submitted. We are not able to make changes, cancellations, or apply discounts once that order is sent. Shopping in store? Once a product leaves our doors it is also non-returnable.

While we do our absolute best to ensure order accuracy, mistakes can still happen. If you receive the wrong type of item or quantity, you must contact us within 3 days to report the error. After the 3rd day requests cannot be honored.

While we prefer USPS for our shipping needs, we may also use other carriers depending on shipping needs, season, time and costs.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 7 BUSINESS days after order is placed. This policy is due to a variety of factors. Please note, during high volume times such as Christmas and Thanksgiving this time may be extended. While we strive very hard to meet this deadline, from time to time there may be supply/ingredient shortages. If this should occur, items may not be available until a later date therefore we will notify the customer as soon as we are made aware of this issue.

We charge $7 flat rate shipping for orders up to 5lbs. For orders over 5lbs shipping is $11. In addition to shipping charges an added handling fee of $2.50 is added onto each shipment. This covers the cost of shipping materials.

Unfortunately we are unable to replace any packages or products deemed "lost", "stolen", "missing", "damaged", etc. We work very hard to make each product as well as to ensure that each product is in your order, as well as hand pack your order. Therefore we cannot refund or replace said packages for reasons mentioned above. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. We will however provide you with a tracking number (if you hadn't already received that when the shipping label was created) and you will be able to directly call the carrier in question.

Now what exactly does that mean for you?

We work with a multitude of ingredients that can be known allergen triggers. Ingredients such as,  but not limited to, Coconut oil, Sweet Almond oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Colloidal Oats/Oatmeal, etc. can be found in many of our products. And while we try very hard to limit the possible cross-contamination of our surfaces and other items, we respectfully ask that if you have a known allergy, no matter how minor, that you reconsider purchasing our products for your health and well-being.

Ah, packaging....

Since Covid we have faced so many packaging issues. From inconsistent supplier stock to rising costs, packaging has become a perpetual issue for us and many other businesses as well.

That said, we wanted to make you aware that from time to time our packaging will vary from that shown in our pictures. There can be many reasons for this too but usually it is because our much-loved suppliers are themselves out of stock.

Plastic vs Glass...

While we are very aware of the issues surrounding today's environment, glass can be tricky to use especially when it comes to bath and body products. Take our Whipped Soap for example! Just imagine... you've placed that lovely glass jar filled with your favorite scented whipped soap on the tub ledge, you turn... and accidentally bump into that jar.  Now that wonderful Whip is laying in hundreds of sharp pieces on the bottom of your tub. And to make matters worse, you don't have your contacts in! See where I'm going with this?? We take your safety very seriously and therefore will use glass when we feel it is a safer option for you! 
From time to time there may be a need to alter our store hours.

This could mean early closures for personal reasons, inclement weather, or even seasonal changes.

Whatever the reason, we ask (especially if you are traveling from a distance) to check our FACEBOOK page for announcements, drop us a FB message directly, call, etc. to check that day's hours before you venture out.

Like any handmade item, there may be slight differences in the appearances, labeling or even packaging in/of our products from hand to time. That's the beauty of handmade!
